Day 26

I had cereal and coffee for breakfast yet again.  I snacked on mixed nuts around noon.  Then around 1:30 I had this “fish” tofu in a tortilla wrap with some sprouts, spinach and “sour cream” to top it off.

For dinner, my wife decided to make some burritos from the March issue of Family Circle. She has a subscription. The recipe has beans, quinoa, paprika and vegan cheese and salsa on top, all wrapped in a tortilla.
