Day 10

Hi everyone.  This one will be short.  Nothing exciting today at all.  Woke up at 7am this morning and had my usual coffee and some “Fit Flakes” with rice milk, banana and almonds with a little agave syrup on it. 

For lunch I went to the gym and drank a meal replacement shake.  I got home around 8 and just ate all the leftovers in the fridge.  No nifty pics or anything.  I did steam some brussel sprouts just so they wouldn’t go bad.  Added pine nuts, herbs, olive oil, salt and pepper.  I probably should have steamed them for longer because they are a little firm still.  For dessert, I ate my mom’s ginataan, which is a Filipino dessert (I’m half Filipino by the way) with tapioca pearls, sweet potatoes, jack fruit, plantains and cassava in coconut milk.

Boring post, I know.  Tomorrow will probably be the same. Going to a company dinner, so things might get interesting.  I like to hear what people have to say about my new diet.  Everyone seems to think I’m a little nuts when I tell them. Some are curious, but I doubt anyone would try this diet themselves.  Guess you’ll have to come back tomorrow to see what happens.  Good night!
